Motability Operations Limited is seeking a skilled Customer Accounts Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to gain finance experience and contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing outstanding balances on agreements for Europcar, Agency, and Customer. This will involve proactively reaching out to customers to understand reasons for overdue payments, handling queries, and resolving complaints.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or consumer credit control, with a strong telephone etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outstanding balances on agreements for Europcar, Agency, and Customer
- Proactively communicate with customers to understand reasons for overdue payments
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the Customer Accounts Team Leader to achieve monthly KPIs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or consumer credit control
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft software, particularly Excel
