Manufacturing Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Project Engineer to join our Industrial Placement program. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving change and improving manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality delivery of Formula One assemblies to the track.
As a Manufacturing Project Engineer, you will assist and run projects supported by a Senior Projects Engineer, work collaboratively with multiple areas of the team, and perform daily tasks to ensure metrics are available to drive decisions in Operations. You will also regularly communicate with engineers and project managers to meet all technical requirements and lead projects that will speed the efficiency of the team and delivery to the track.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and run projects supported by a Senior Projects Engineer
- Work collaboratively with multiple areas of the team
- Perform daily tasks to ensure metrics are available to drive decisions in Operations
- Regularly communicate with engineers and project managers to meet all technical requirements
- Lead projects that will speed the efficiency of the team and delivery to the track
We are looking for a candidate with strong problem-solving ability, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A strong background in mechanical or automotive engineering, either design or manufacturing focused, is essential. Solid understanding of CAD software and data analysis tools is also required. Motorsport experience through internships or personal projects is highly desirable.
