Job Summary:

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Lab Technician to support the development of hydrogen generators and catalyst production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare laboratory facilities and equipment for experiments and research projects.
  • Operate and maintain complex systems, including hydrogen generators and catalyst production systems.
  • Assist engineers and scientists in research and development projects.
  • Collect and analyze data using various tools and software.
  • Record experimental data accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent experiments and research.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to interpret data and develop test systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Technical college graduate or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a lab technician or in a related field.
  • Strong work ethic and high-quality standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with PLC control systems and hazardous materials.
  • Knowledge of 5S principles and computer literacy.
