Physiotherapy Head of Department Job Opportunity

Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading private hospital group in the UK to recruit a Physiotherapy Head of Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced physiotherapist to lead a team of professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapy services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, including those related to patient safety and data protection.
Requirements:
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a physiotherapist.
  • Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Experience of leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
