Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel Coordinator to join our team. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all administrative duties for the sales team, including:
- Supporting the sales team in managing flight bookings, creating reservations, and maintaining information on the database.
- Assisting with itinerary planning and collating information for clients.
- Managing client relationships and communicating with suppliers, both domestically and internationally.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in travel bookings and flight systems.
- Knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus or similar systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
- Confidence in liaising with clients and ability to communicate effectively with the sales team.
