We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Marie Curie UK. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail operations, managing staff and volunteers, and driving sales and stock generation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales and stock generation targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including cash handling, banking, and security procedures.
- Ensure all financial reporting and management procedures are followed.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff and volunteers to ensure the effective operation of the shop.
