Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and committed Registered Nurse to join our Renal Dialysis Unit team. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing care needs and developing care plans for dialysis patients, working autonomously to provide holistic care, and collaborating with a supportive team of healthcare assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Assess the care needs of dialysis patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Autonomous Practice: Work independently to provide holistic care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury, utilizing your expertise and judgment to make informed decisions.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare assistants to ensure seamless patient care and achieve shared goals.
- Operational Excellence: Operate in a dialysis unit equipped with the latest technology, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
