Position Overview: We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team at the Minsterley facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and managing designated production equipment, achieving daily operational targets, and upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Working Hours: This role involves a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, encompassing 12-hour shifts, both day and night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the daily production schedule.
  • Operating machinery and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborating with Key Operators to execute startup procedures while ensuring high standards of manufacturing, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Facilitating effective shift handovers and remaining on duty until relieved.
  • Monitoring product quality, identifying non-conformities, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of SIC and Quality information.
  • Training fellow operators to ensure they are competent in their assigned roles.
  • Leading by example to promote positive behavioral standards aligned with company values and culture.
  • Adhering to food safety regulations, effectively managing Critical Control Points (CCPs), and following site quality protocols.
  • Actively supporting and complying with all company policies, procedures, and values.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Previous experience operating machinery in a fast-paced production environment is preferred.
