Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team in Shrewsbury. As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for creating and refining standard house type designs and specifications, overseeing external consultants involved in planning and technical approvals, coordinating engineering and service information, managing planning applications and building regulation submissions, and supporting the construction team throughout the project delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of site layouts and house type planning drawings
  • Liaising with technical, commercial and construction colleagues
  • Managing planning applications and building regulation submissions

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ArchiCAD/AutoCAD
