About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at C&E Recruitment. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating innovative and delicious dishes for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal garden produce and fit alongside our tasting menu.
- Lead and mentor a team of chefs to ensure high-quality dishes are produced consistently.
- Work closely with the chef patron to bring vision and depth of knowledge to the existing menu offering.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
- A 4-day workweek with 3 days off.
- A monthly service charge of £300-£600.
- Meals on duty.
- Good service training provided.
- A fun and fast-paced work environment.
- Live-in accommodation available for relocation only.

We are a renowned and beautiful boutique property with 1 Michelin star, a Michelin Green star, and 4 AA rosettes. Our restaurant offers a unique and memorable dining experience for our guests.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sous or Head Chef in a Michelin-starred setting.
- Green Michelin star background beneficial.
- Knowledge of seasonal garden produce.
- Calm and composed persona.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to drive or live locally to the area.
- Good mentorship and team player skills.
