About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Service Engineer to join our Estates and Facilities team at Nottingham College. As a key member of our senior team, you will play a vital part in helping us deliver a compliant maintenance service, proactive and reactive maintenance, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the college's Planned Preventative Maintenance Contract.
  • Manage remedial projects and capital projects.
  • Lead on decarbonisation projects.
  • Advise on electrical and mechanical matters across the department.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of working in a mechanical/electrical maintenance environment within the industrial or commercial sector.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and prior supervisory experience.
