About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Catering Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our customers to help them grow their business and establish Booker as their first choice for catering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new customers
  • Provide expert advice to customers on food and beverage solutions to help them increase their menu options and profits
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Booker's products and services
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
