About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Catering Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our customers to help them grow their business and establish Booker as their first choice for catering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new customers
  • Provide expert advice to customers on food and beverage solutions, including menu development and supply chain optimization
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Booker's products and services
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address customer concerns

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including trends and market developments
