As a Branch Colleague, you'll develop strong relationships with customers, offering hire solutions with top-tier products and equipment across various building service sectors. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want you to be part of our exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional communication and customer service
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
  • Proactively support customers with their hire needs and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong connections with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Support key sales initiatives and strategy to exceed sales and revenue targets

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
