About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Field House Care Home. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents, their families, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Provide advice and support to residents, families, and internal teams, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, including maintaining paperwork and filing.
  • Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in providing excellent customer service, a friendly manner, and the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and internal teams. You will be dedicated, efficient, and able to handle a varied workload, with a caring attitude that underpins everything you do.
