About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Executive to join our team at Inghams & Santa's Lapland. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for creating and managing our walking holiday programs in Austria, Switzerland, and Slovenia.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining our product offerings, ensuring they meet our company's ethos and maintain profitable growth. You will work closely with our Product Manager and other departments to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our walking holiday programs in Austria, Switzerland, and Slovenia
  • Work closely with our Product Manager and other departments to ensure product offerings meet company ethos and maintain profitable growth
  • Collaborate with overseas teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information
  • Build and maintain relationships with overseas suppliers, including hotels, DMCs, and tourist boards
  • Assist with overbookings, hotel and resort changes, or incorrect brochure/website information to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain internal systems to ensure product is on sale and inventory is correctly loaded
  • Assist with trading meetings and commercial analysis of hotels and resorts
  • Travelling overseas when necessary to visit hotels and resort teams
Requirements
  • Excellent written English communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident team player with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively cooperate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
  • Passionate about travel and delivering high levels of customer experience
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
  • Knowledge of the destinations we operate in, passion for walking, and understanding of a language is desirable
