Position: FULLY REMOTE Senior Software Developer – Renewable Energy Technology

Compensation: £100-130k

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, available to candidates across the UK

We are collaborating with an innovative energy software company that is dedicated to facilitating the transition to a sustainable future by offering energy as a service. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Software Developer who possesses a robust understanding of Core Java principles and advanced knowledge in Computer Science disciplines:

  • Compiler theory
  • Graph theory
  • Interval graphs
  • Algorithms

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in Core Java along with significant expertise in Multithreading, Concurrency, and Low Latency development, as you will be responsible for creating frameworks and designing databases from the ground up.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Software Developer will encompass:

  • System design
  • Conceptual development
  • Domain modeling
  • Initial system bootstrapping
  • Framework and architectural design
  • Requirements engineering

Technological Environment: Java 19, C, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes
