**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at REDSOFA GROUP. As a key member of our account handling team, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, developing strategic solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, building trust and credibility through effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Account Management: Oversee the direction of the account, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and effective budget management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of commercial implications and manage client expectations to ensure financial stability.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Approach each task with a clear understanding of the business issue, think laterally to solve problems, and act as an escalation point for the team.
