About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Leadership Specialist to join our Client Leadership team at RocketMill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of client projects and campaigns, and will be expected to act with autonomy in resolving delivery challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brief internal teams on client projects and campaigns
  • Establish an integrated roadmap of activity to ensure seamless delivery
  • Maintain client status sheets to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure the quality of RocketMill outputs and alignment to client briefs and strategy
  • Define and ensure teams work to a pre-defined communication and delivery cadence
  • Project manage the account to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Build strong relationships with day-to-day client contacts to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to marketing collateral to support client engagement and retention
  • Support the Account Director and Client Partner in client maintenance and growth
  • Contribute to new business pitches to help drive growth and revenue
  • Contribute to wider agency initiatives to drive innovation and improvement
  • Develop processes to fuel efficiencies across your accounts
Essential Skills
  • Previous agency experience or equivalent marketing client-side experience
  • Knowledge of paid media – PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic
  • A well-rounded digital marketing skillset with a basic understanding of all channels
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of accounts
  • First-class account management skills
  • Excellent communicator, internally and externally
  • Excellent multi-tasker who can deliver in a fast-paced and vibrant environment
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of working on new business proposals and pitches
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Understanding of billing, resourcing and pipeline platforms and processes
