ABOUT EUROCELL: Eurocell is a publicly traded company and the leading provider of uPVC products in the construction sector. We are in search of a qualified Financial Operations Accountant to enhance our Operational Finance Team. This role will report to the Senior Operations Accountant and is crucial for the financial and management reporting of the Group's Operations, which includes Production, Recycling, and Supply Chain functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as a strategic financial partner to the Site Leadership Team.
  • Perform financial evaluations and monitor costs associated with strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct variance analysis for Profit & Loss items, including raw materials and manufacturing costs.
  • Understand manufacturing efficiencies, production yield, and overhead cost absorption.
  • Prepare operational dashboards (KPIs) and provide insights for stakeholders.
  • Interpret financial results for Production leadership teams.
  • Oversee Continuous Improvement initiatives, including CAPEX reporting and monthly forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong academic credentials with CIMA or ACCA qualification.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems, particularly in production and financial modules, is advantageous.
  • A valid UK driver's license is required.
