Program Director Opportunity

Bryn Mawr College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead the Launchpad initiative, a new program aimed at connecting young people to living-wage paying jobs and providing them with the skills, credentials, and experience to thrive in these roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality programming that focuses on future-ready skill building, industry discovery, and community building.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a growing team of program staff, including establishing clear performance expectations and providing professional learning and leadership opportunities.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with schools within the Launchpad network to ensure engagement and ownership in the program.
  • Develop goals and key performance indicators for each programmatic element of the Launchpad initiative.
  • Coordinate use of facilities and community space for program activities.
  • Analyze and process program data to drive decisions and continuous program improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate written documentation of the programming model to support expansion and succession planning.
  • Inform Launchpad's professional development strategy to ensure staff and key partners have access to training, coaching, and practice needed to build and sustain relationships.
  • Ensure access to mission-critical partnership opportunities that expand Launchpad's capacity to deliver high-quality programming.
  • Strengthen Launchpad's brand awareness and marketing by leveraging opportunities to share program highlights with external stakeholders.
  • Enhance program design and delivery by staying abreast of best practices in youth development and workforce development.
