Ellon, Aberdeenshire, United Kingdom NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde Full time
Job Title: Time and Attendance System Administrator

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff in various clinical and non-clinical professions. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The CORE Team is responsible for the delivery of the Boards rostering systems, Health Roster, and SSTS. SSTS is a well-established time and attendance system that relays shift and absence information directly from wards and departments to interface with the NHS payroll system. It also provides a range of workforce information for management reporting purposes.

This post provides an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to be involved with the ongoing administration of the system, payroll interface processes, and training for new and existing users of the system across NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde, NHS Lanarkshire, NHS Dumfries & Galloway, The State Hospital, The National Waiting Times Centre, and NHS Western Isles.

As a Time and Attendance System Administrator, you will become a local system expert, analysing reports, identifying user weaknesses, providing first-line support to all users of SSTS, and advising the organisation to gain maximum benefits from the system.

Details on how to contact the Recruitment Service can be found within the Candidate Information Packs.

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde-NHS Scotland encourages applications from all sections of the community. We promote a culture of inclusion across the organisation and are proud of the diverse workforce we have.
