Position Overview

As an essential member of our organization, you will significantly impact the lives of the individuals we serve, while also having the chance to advance your career in property management.

In your role as a Resident Support Specialist, you will be a prominent contact for residents, actively engaging with them through newsletters, meetings, site visits, and community events.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that residents are informed about the project processes and effectively communicating any updates or changes. Furthermore, you will facilitate the handover of keys to the project teams and deliver exceptional customer aftercare, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard while managing expectations among residents, clients, and operational teams.

Qualifications

With the ability to navigate challenging situations, as a Client Relations Coordinator, you will possess outstanding communication skills and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with contractors or in client-side resident liaison or community engagement roles, ideally within the realms of planned or reactive maintenance or asset management.

You should demonstrate resilience under pressure and appreciate the importance of discretion and respect in a public-facing position.

A valid driving license is required.
