Deputy Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Team Manager to join our First Response Team. As a Deputy Team Manager, you will play a key role in leading a team of Social Workers and Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of safeguarding services to children and families.
About the Role:- Lead a team of Social Workers and Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of safeguarding services to children and families.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding practice.
- Work closely with other agencies and partners to ensure effective multi-agency working and the delivery of safeguarding services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the First Response Team's strategic plan.
- Provide supervision and support to Social Workers and Advisors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality safeguarding services.

Requirements:- Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a safeguarding role.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures and experience of implementing them in a practice setting.
