About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team at NatWest. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our AML processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate complex customer queries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Support the development and implementation of AML processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Monitor and participate in initiatives to improve customer service and process efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience in AML processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and regulatory requirements
