Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Advisor to join our Oncology Medical Division in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing medical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute medical strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform medical strategies and optimize business performance.
  • Align evidence generation with medical and brand strategy, including defining the scope of potential Observational Studies (OS) and Investigator Initiated Research (IIR).
  • Review and interpret data and relevant field insights to optimize and manage content and adapt the evidence generation plan.
  • Scientifically review all therapeutic area/product related materials, external communications, and advise cross-functionally using medical/scientific expertise.
  • Develop strong and trustful relationships with relevant Thought Leaders.

Requirements

  • Industry scientific/medical background.
  • Proven experience in Medical Affairs.
  • GPhC registered pharmacist or GMC registered Physician with ABPI final signatory credentials are essential.
  • Oncology background is desirable.
  • Strong skills in managing stakeholders and experience in building networks.
  • Excellent Business Acumen displaying ability to operate cross-functionally, driving organizational growth, understanding of marketing/sales functions in pharma industry.
  • Desirable experience contributing to an organization's strategic endeavors, displaying industry/market knowledge.
