The Role:

As a Nursery Room Leader, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care and education, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Curriculum Development: Implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas.
  • Communication: Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication, keeping parents informed about their child's experiences and achievements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, sharing ideas and resources to enhance the overall program and ensure consistency in practice.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and hygienic environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular risk assessments.
