Health and Safety Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing health and safety initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and monitor compliance with health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Develop and implement risk assessments, including manual handling and COSHH.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support the development and delivery of health and safety training programs.
  • Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure health and safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and present data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong desire to learn and grow as a health and safety professional.
