Job Title: Senior Youth Wellbeing Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Youth Wellbeing Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing therapeutic interventions, guidance, and training to support young individuals facing complex challenges related to their emotional wellbeing.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapeutic support to enhance the emotional health and well-being of children, young people, and families.
- Provide assistance to young individuals experiencing various emotional health concerns and facilitate positive relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care pathways for our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interventions and outcomes for continuous review and improvement purposes.
- Adhere strictly to safeguarding protocols and company policies.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with equality and diversity policies in all interactions.
Essential Criteria:
- Possess a relevant therapy qualification with demonstrable experience in the field.
- Exhibit strong collaborative skills within mental health settings.
- Have a background in social care, youth work, or related fields.
- Demonstrate prior experience working with children and young people.
- Be able to effectively manage a caseload and possess knowledge of safeguarding practices.
- Display compassion, reliability, and a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
