Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in contract catering or independent education.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Level 3 food hygiene qualification or equivalent.
