Quarry Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quarry Manager to lead our Northlasts Quarry operations in Peterculter, Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of the quarry, in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quarry management, with experience in leading teams and implementing process improvements. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing quarry management plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Leading and managing a team of quarry staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of quarry operations.
• Coordinating and controlling the use of labor, plant, and materials to optimize quarry production and efficiency.
• Ensuring the quality and safety of quarry products, in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting on quarry performance, including production, quality, and safety metrics.
• Collaborating with other departments, including sales and distribution, to ensure effective communication and coordination of quarry operations.
• Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of quarry staff.
