Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Sales and Quotations: Offer quotations, provide advice, and support customers with their purchasing decisions.
  • Order Processing: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, keeping them informed of promotions, new products, and services.
  • CRM Management: Compile and enter information accurately into our company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • IT Skills: Be proficient in using IT systems, including CRM software, to manage customer data and sales activities.
