About the Role:
The successful candidate will join an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team as a Commercial Manager, playing a vital part in the company's growth plans. The role will involve working on projects within the retail & leisure sectors, with contracts ranging from £350K to £5M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Construction, tendering, and delivery of projects
- Strong contractual and payment knowledge
- Leading and supporting Junior Quantity Surveyors
- Collaborating with a Commercial Director
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management
- Experience with various contracts (JCT, D&B, NEC)
- Experience with Fit Out projects
- Ideal experience in supporting and managing younger colleagues
- Experience in Retail and Leisure
