Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in leading our team to success. As Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, including being the Duty Manager when they are not available.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service that exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
