We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Premises Support Assistant to join our team at Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council. As a key member of our premises team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing excellent support to our staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head of Premises in maintaining the upkeep of our premises, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide administrative support to the premises team, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
- Support the Gardener with daily tasks, ensuring all three sites are kept to a high standard at all times.
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with the council's procedures and policies regarding best practice, health and safety, and safeguarding.
