Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Operations: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' data.
  • Incident Response and Management: Respond to and manage security incidents, including malware outbreaks, data breaches, and other security-related events.

  • Security Certifications: Hold relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, SSCP, and CISA.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience with ITIL Processes: Familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Knowledge of Security Frameworks: Knowledge of security frameworks, including NIST 800-53 and DEFSTAN 05-138.
  • Experience with Cloud Security: Experience with cloud security, including AWS and Azure.
