Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will empower those we support to realize their full potential. Your responsibilities will include facilitating various community activities, enhancing daily living skills, assisting with medication management, and supporting individuals in managing their personal finances.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility to accommodate a 24-hour service. We value a healthy work-life balance and expect team members to share weekend and evening shifts. Our scheduling is designed to provide clarity, with rotas published eight weeks in advance.
