Senior Java Developer / Software Engineer (Java SQL Networking)

Are you a skilled Java technologist looking for a challenging role that will allow you to progress your career in a senior, hands-on position?

We're seeking a talented Senior Java Developer to join our small, Agile team using core Java within a TDD environment deploying to AWS. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge technology.

About the Role:

  • Develop high-quality Java software using core Java and TDD principles
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement new features and improvements
  • Work closely with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of our applications
  • Contribute to the development of our technical documentation and knowledge base

About You:

  • Strong backend core Java development skills
  • Experience with TDD and Agile development methodologies
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Networking (TCP/IP)
  • Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns
  • Collaborative and problem-solving skills
