We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Nelson Lodge in St Neots. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and offering sensitive and appropriate support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality personal care to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their mental and emotional well-being
