Job Role
We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in St Neots, providing support to individuals with learning disabilities in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, including assistance with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
- Build meaningful relationships with service users, promoting positive relationships and community inclusion.
- Support individuals to access and participate in local community and social events, promoting life skills and individuality.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support is provided.
