Job Description

ServiceNow Trainer

Talent is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Trainer for a 12-month engagement. This role is pivotal in delivering training and learning activities to ensure employees can effectively perform their tasks within the ServiceNow framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) Ownership: Maintain the validity of the Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) to guarantee accurate and relevant training for designated roles.
  • Collaborate with the Training Coordinator: Work closely with the training coordinator to keep the LNA current and reflective of any changes.

Training Curriculum Development:

  • Develop and Sustain a Suitable Curriculum: Develop and maintain a suitable curriculum of courses that align with project timelines and goals.

Guided Tours Maintenance:

  • Maintain Guided Tours within ServiceNow: Ensure that Guided Tours within ServiceNow are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide Timely Support: Provide timely support to new users of ServiceNow to enhance their experience and efficiency.

Training Delivery:

  • Deliver ServiceNow Training: Deliver ServiceNow training in person and maintain online training modules.
  • Ensure Training Objectives: Ensure that all training sessions meet objectives and align with the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA).

Project Team Alignment:

  • Collaborate with the Project Team: Collaborate with the project team to synchronize training activities with project timelines.
  • Coordinate with the Communication Lead: Coordinate with the communication lead and project manager to ensure training is delivered at optimal times.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, specifically within ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow & ITSM Environment: A minimum of 2 years in a ServiceNow & ITSM Environment.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow framework.
  • Collaborative Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and coordinate training activities.
