Job Title: Apprentice Content Creator

We're seeking a talented and innovative Content Creator to join our team at LESTRANGE, a B Corp certified menswear brand. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that resonates with our premium menswear audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative content concepts for social media and short-form video platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and ensure alignment with broader campaign goals.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
  • Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos, focusing on compelling hooks and maintaining audience engagement.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in creating high-engagement social media content, with a strong grasp of metrics like hooks and hold rates.
  • Ability to develop unique content concepts that capture attention and resonate with our audience.
  • Proficiency in video shooting and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
  • A genuine interest in menswear, with the ability to create content tailored to the premium menswear customer.
