  • Inventory Management: Review and analyze inventory data, providing necessary guidance.
  • Communication with Management: Maintain routine discussions with the Director regarding supply availability.
  • Compliance with Guidelines: Ensure all warehousing and distribution activities adhere to established guidelines.
  • Staff Meetings: Hold regular meetings with warehouse personnel to gather feedback and offer direction.
  • Issue Resolution: Regularly meet with the Director to address and resolve warehousing-related challenges.
  • Operational Assistance: Support the Director in various aspects of warehouse management, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Inventory Audits: Conduct routine physical counts to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Quality Control: Monitor safety standards and the quality of stored commodities.
  • System Supervision: Oversee all warehouse systems and operations, including receiving, dispatching, and storage.
  • Problem Identification: Identify and address operational issues on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Staff Organization: Organize and manage warehouse staff effectively.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Assist with various tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, and packing.

This is a permanent position with an immediate start available.
