As a Telesales Representative at Recra Consulting, you will be responsible for generating sales and building strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

* Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services
* Securing meetings for our field service team
* Answering questions about our products and services
* Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
* Directing prospects to our field sales team when needed
* Entering and updating customer information in our database
* Going the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information

Requirements and skills:

* Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
* Ability to learn about our products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
