About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional General Manager to join our team at Unipart Logistics. As a Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our multi-site operations in the East Staffordshire area, ensuring seamless performance, development, and service delivery across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Site General Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on business growth and customer satisfaction
