Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading credit control initiatives across the organization to maximize cash flow and ensure compliance with credit policies.
  • Proactively generating statements, sending reminders, and making follow-up calls to clients.
  • Addressing and resolving any queries or disputes related to invoices, payments, and credit agreements.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements with clients and, if necessary, initiating legal proceedings.
  • Collaborating closely with the Billing Team and Accounts Department to ensure seamless operations.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven background in Credit Control.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • A solid understanding of credit regulations and compliance.
