About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our team at Silven Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profit growth within the Tesco account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior NAM in managing the Tesco account, working closely to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including forecasting and planning, to ensure alignment and optimal results.
  • Assist in customer meetings, performance reviews, and other key account activities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Tesco, preferably in a commercial or sales role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
