Job Description

Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join their team in North-East London. This full-time permanent position will involve managing a team of two and working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing to develop a comprehensive social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and executing a social media strategy that aligns with the brand's overall marketing goals.
  • Managing a team of two to ensure effective delivery of social media content across all digital channels.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Brand Marketing to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to inform future strategy and optimize performance.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
