  • Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment that promotes the well-being and academic success of all students.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to promote student engagement, motivation, and self-esteem.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs or those displaying challenging behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
