Job Title: Electrical Team Leader

Join our team as an Electrical Team Leader and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of electrical systems within our critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure electrical systems are properly maintained.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect electrical systems and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage and maintain electrical equipment and systems to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure electrical engineers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to develop and implement safety procedures.
  • Ability to manage and maintain electrical equipment and systems.
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs.
